Yes. Creating an account, following products, and expressing interest are completely free. We earn when brands reward the community with volume-based discounts—never by charging shoppers.

How do I know my target price will be respected?

You pick the maximum price you are willing to pay. Our negotiators only accept offers at or below that threshold. If a seller cannot beat your price, we simply keep searching.

Will my payment info be required up front?

No. We only ask for payment when a vetted deal is ready. Checkout happens directly with the merchant or via our secure partners after you review the final terms.

What kind of notifications should I expect?

You will receive email and in-app alerts for price drops you follow, negotiation updates for interests you submitted, and occasional community highlights. You can fine-tune notifications in Settings anytime.

Can I change or remove an interest after submitting it?

Absolutely. Edit your desired price, preferred specs, or cancel your interest with one click from the product page. Changes instantly update our demand models.

Is my data safe?

How quickly do deals usually arrive?

What if I miss a deal notification?
